A week back Robert Scoble said he saw a project that made him cry. Today the project website is open and scheduled to be released to the general public later this year.
Researchers from Microsoft Research also gave a presenation on the World Wide Telescope at TED this year. Go to http://www.ted.com/index.php/talks/view/id/224 if you want to see the presentation.
